What we store

• Your email address, so the Clerk can send you cases. Nothing else identifies you; your number is random.
• Your country, derived from your connection, shown on the District as a two-letter code.
• Your karma, clearance, case history, Clerk conversations and Wire posts.
• Anonymous usage events (page views, clicks on clue seals) with a random visitor id, used for the live counters and to pay sponsors fairly.

What we do not do

• No passwords, no accounts, no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels.
• The clue seal on sponsor sites sets no cookies and sends nothing but a page view and a click, tied to the sponsor's site, not to you.
• We never sell or share email addresses. Sponsors see counts, not people.

AI

The Clerk and case files are generated by OpenAI GPT‑6 Astra. Your messages to the Clerk and your report submissions (including screenshots you attach) are sent to OpenAI for processing and are not used to train models. See the transparency report.

Leaving

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. To delete your record entirely, reply to any Ministry email with the word DELETE.
